Apply to the Program

Health Aide workers are very much in demand in our region, which is why we believe your decision to apply for admission into the RappU Healthcare Training program is a smart career move.

There are a number of forms and documents which must be filled out and signed, either by you or by a third party, BEFORE you can be considered for admission.

To begin the application process, please carefully follow steps 1 through 6. If you have any questions as you work through this process, please email our admission advisors at cna@rappu.org or hha@rappu.org .

Step 1. Print the application form, fill it out completely, and sign your name on page one

Indicate which program your are interested in and which class you would like to enroll in.

Step 2. Request an applicant interview and testing session (about one hour long)

You will need to bring with you your completed and signed application form, a valid photo ID and $10


 

Step 3. Attend the applicant interview testing session

Attain a passing score of eleven or higher on the Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam

Meet with a RappU admissions advisor

Receive your applicant pre-admission packet

Pay your $100 Non-Refundable application fee

When your application package is complete contact us at cna@Rappu.org for nurse aide applications, or hha@Rappu.org for home health aide applications, and bring your COMPLETED application to RappU.

Step 6. Receive your admitted/not admitted notification

If you are admitted into the program, you will sign up for and attend a mandatory orientation session and pay your tuition in full.
